Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of quality standards in training courses.
• To identify and record all deficiencies related to training activities to inform Head of Department and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities related to training activities.
• Take participants’ feedback at the end of each semester and accept the criticism positively to improve upon the contents and delivery of the courses.
• Reporting and reviewing training functions.
• Suggest and report methods for further improvement of the courses.
• Functional and job responsibilities shall also include action on management review outputs and other work as assigned by the Principal
